This retreat is intended for FIRST-TIME guests. If you have already attended a retreat, please allow new guests to join.

This is a Rest & Renew retreat. It is ideal for those more recently recovering from surgery or for those looking to let go and relax. All activities and yoga movements are gentle and restorative. This retreat is free and available to first time attendees. A deposit of $100 is required at registration but will be refunded following the retreat.
